Pilot programme · Land & Building

Put the report
generator to work.

A working tool, not a waiting list. You enter the property, the areas and the rates; it returns a formatted valuation report in the layout banks already accept — with the arithmetic, the Indian-format figures and the rupees-in-words done for you.

We are opening it to a small number of practising valuers before it goes any wider. The pilot is free: three reports to start with, and two more once you have told us plainly where it falls short.

Pilot places

10

Limited deliberately. A pilot this size is one we can actually respond to — every piece of feedback reaches the person building the tool.

What you get

The parts that were never
worth your judgment.

A valuation report earns its fee in the reasoning — the comparables you chose, the depreciation you argued, the number you are prepared to defend. Almost none of the time it takes goes there. It goes into formatting, arithmetic, and retyping the same schedule into the same table. That is the part this removes.

01

A form, not a table

Grouped fields, dropdowns and live totals — instead of typing into a bordered grid built for reading, not filling.

02

Arithmetic that holds

Area conversions, area × rate, totals, Indian-format figures and rupees-in-words. Every computed field stays editable, so you can always override it.

03

A report you can file

Prints to PDF in the layout banks already accept. Text stays selectable and searchable — it is a document, not a screenshot.

What it does not do. The tool reproduces a report format that banks accept. It does not check your output against IBBI or IVS standards, and it does not review your reasoning. Every figure it produces is arithmetic on what you typed. The judgment, and the signature, remain yours.

The arrangement

Plainly stated,
both ways.

The pilot is free. What it asks for in return is your feedback. Here is what each side is agreeing to.

FREE No fee and no payment details, at any point in the pilot

The pilot covers five reports in all. If you would like to keep using the tool after that, write to support@thevaluersnetwork.in. Pilot access is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be passed to a colleague or resold.

Apply for pilot access.

Every application is read by hand. We check that you prepare valuation reports regularly and have live work to run through the tool. If your application is accepted, your personal access code is sent to you by email.

Your access code is sent to this email, so please check it before submitting. We use these details to review your application and send your access code. Nothing else.

On your client data

The tool runs entirely in your browser. Drafts are saved to that browser's own storage and are not transmitted anywhere — no property data, no client details, and no report content reaches a server of ours. Clearing your browser storage deletes them. Apart from the application details on this page, we receive three things. One is an access check: a scrambled fingerprint of your personal code and a random identifier for your browser, so that your code works only on your own devices. The second is your feedback: the tool asks six short questions after your first report, and your answers reach us only when you press Send. The third is a short technical note when something you try does not work, saying what failed and in what kind of browser. As with any website, our server also logs the time and the kind of browser behind each request.
